The XG series griddles are available with your choice of 3 types of controls: manual, thermostatic, or snap-action, for maximum precision and control.  Standard features include 1" thick griddle plate, all stainless tell exterior, stainless steel grease pans, stainless steel splash guards, hand-welded construction, and 30,000 BTUH burners for quick pre-heat and recovery.

The XX Series gas radiant char broilers are designed for heavy-duty charcoal style broiling without the use of coal or ceramic stones.  They feature heavy-duty hand-welded unitized construction, high input 18,000 BTUH clog proof burners located every 4 7/8" for maximum performance, stainless steel or cast iron radiants and heat deflectors as well as adjustable top grates for maximum flexibility and temperature control.
