EP Hearthbake Series Commercial Electric Pizza Baking Ovens
The EP series ovens are designed for pizza, pretzles, flat breads, and other high-volume bakery items. This series features one or two baking chambers, 28” square Cordierite deck per chamber, a 5.75″ deck height, and tilt-up doors. Independent top and bottom heat controls in each oven chamber allow for perfectly balanced results. Tilt-up doors are spring balanced and feature glass windows for easy viewing. This series comes standard with all stainless steel exteriors, 4″ adjustable legs, and 15-minute, electric timers with continuous-ring alarm and manual shut-off. Ovens may be stacked in any combination to create triple and quad configurations.
GP Hearthbake Series Commercial Gas Pizza & Baking Ovens
The GP series ovens are designed for baking pizza, pretzels, flat breads, or other bakery items and offer a wide range of options suit any need. Models are available with your choice of standard or high-performance burners, two or four baking chambers, and either Cordierite or brick-lined decks in both large and extra-large sizes. Ovens can also be double-stacked or stacked with the Cyclone series for the ultimate cooking and baking solution. Deck height is 6″ on the lower deck and 5″ on the upper deck, but for more flexibility, the upper decks can be easily removed to create a 12” deck height, and you have the option of ordering single doors in lieu of double doors. Doors are also bottom-hinged with field-reversible handles for left- or right-hand operation. This series comes standard with stainless steel exterior and 4” adjustable legs and is available for use with natural gas or liquid propane. CE for natural gas only.

P46 Hearthbake Series Commercial Electric Combination Baking Ovens
The P46 series ovens combine the shorter deck of our pizza and pretzel ovens with the taller deck of the P24 to give you maximum baking versatility. The top baking chamber has two decks and a 2.75 or 3.25″ deck height, while the bottom baking chamber has one deck and a 7″ or 7.5 deck height, both with the option of Cordierite or brick-lined. The two baking chambers are also independently controlled, featuring a 284–680°F thermostat and 15-minute timer in the top chamber and a 140–150°F thermostat and 60-minute timer in the bottom chamber.
