EP-2-2828 Hearthbake Series Electric Double Deck Pizza Baking Oven — 208V, 1PH, 4,725 Watts

The Bakers Pride® model EP-2-2828 oven is designed for pizza, pretzels, flatbreads, and other bakery items. This double-stacked oven is available with either Cordierite or steel decks and a 5.25" deck height. Independent top and bottom heat controls allow for perfectly balanced results. Tilt-up doors are spring balanced and feature glass windows for easy viewing.
This model comes standard with an all stainless steel exterior, 4" adjustable legs, and a 15-minute, electric timer with continuous-ring alarm and manual shut-off. This oven may be double-stacked to create a quad configuration, or can even be stacked on a Bakers Pride convection oven.
